A: You may cancel a subscription at any time by going to http://gkic.com/member-management or contacting our office at 1-800-871-0147. Due to lost or missing or slow mail, we will honor any package that is postmarked for up to 60 days from the original date of purchase.
A: We will ship to a different address other than the billing address when indicated on the order form.
A: All orders will ship within 3 business days (unless otherwise stated). We will not overnight ship any orders.
A: Packages that are returned to us as undeliverable are issued a full refund.
A: We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order by contacting us at 1-800-871-0147 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
A: Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order ships. If a cancellation is placed within 24 hours and the order has not shipped, a refund will be issued by the method the order was originally charged.
A: What is the Refund Policy?
Magnetic Marketing Inner Circle will refund 100% of the purchase price (shipping charges are not refunded) for physical products purchased through our online store or from a Magnetic Marketing Inner Circle staff Concierge or Business Consultant, if the refund is requested within 60 days of receipt of the product. A 5% restocking fee is assessed on returns made 60-90 days after receipt. No refunds are available after 90 days.
Magnetic Marketing Inner Circle will refund 100% of the purchase price on digital product downloads for 15 days after the purchase date. No refunds are available on digital products after 15 days.
Magnetic Marketing Inner Circle will refund 100% of the purchase price on Coaching and Mentoring products for 30 days after the purchase date. No refunds are available after the 30 day period on Coaching and Mentoring programs.
The Return schedule may differ for launch products, please refer to the Launch Details of the specific Launch Product for its Return Schedule.
When will my refund be processed?
All refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned product.
If a cancellation is placed after the order ships it is up to the customer to refuse the package. Once the refused package is received by the Magnetic Marketing Inner Circle Support Department a full refund will be processed (less shipping and handling) within 7 days of receipt of the refused package. Magnetic Marketing Inner Circle reserves the right to cancel any order at any time if company sees fit.
How do I return my order?
All package contents must be in AS NEW condition and all items must be delivered in a single package in order to be refunded. Insure the shipment for the value of product. 100% money back guarantee covers price of product only. Magnetic Marketing Inner Circle money back guarantee does not cover shipping and handling fee.
Customers must contact our support department for a RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number. This number must be displayed on the outside of all return packages. Returned packages without RMA numbers will not be accepted nor will refund be issued for those items.
Once a return is received or valid refund request submitted, the refund process will take no more than 30 days. All refunds can only be refunded by the payment method the order was originally charged.
Excessive returns will not be accepted. Refunds will not be given to any one customer for one specific product more than twice. The money back guarantee is void after a customer has used it for one specific product more than twice.
Shipping of the product from Magnetic Marketing Inner Circle will not be refunded.
Shipping of the product to the Magnetic Marketing Inner Circle Refund Department will not be compensated.
To ensure that your product is not lost or damaged, we strongly recommend sending the product via a courier that can insure and provide you with a tracking number. If we do not receive the product back and the customer does not have proof that the product was returned we cannot issue a refund. Valid proof of returning a product includes either delivery confirmation or signature.
Seat Deposit Refunds for Events
If you placed a seat deposit to hold your seat for Bootcamp or Main Event ticket, your seat deposit will be refunded to you within 14 business days after the event. Your guest’s ticket will not be refunded.
All international shipments will be through Federal Express and you will receive your tracking number in your confirmation email. You may go to www.fedex.com at any time to check your status of your package (except for Magnetic Marketing).
Warranty issues and manufacturer restrictions prevent us from shipping certain products to all geographical locations.
We cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses.
International customers are responsible for all additional fees acquired through customs.
International orders cannot ship overnight.
Each customer agrees that Magnetic Marketing Inner Circle must be the first option in billing disputes and must provide No B.S. Inner Circle 14 days to attempt settlement of a billing issue in a satisfactory manner prior to including a third party credit/debit card provider. No B.S. Inner Circle retains the right to collect on any fees that are due for rendered services.
A: At Magnetic Marketing Inner Circle social site you can view newsletters and join groups.
Log in to your account to view invoices, update address/cards, and pay for invoices.
A: The reason is because you already are taking advantage of the two-month membership trial or already are a current member and the offer is not available to you.
A: You are still receiving emails because a past invoice might still be due or the card was not put under the subscription. You can view instructions for updating cards in your account, or call our concierge who will be able to assist you at 1-800-871-0147.
A: This information is released once you register for the specific event.
A: It is possible that your fee was due before you canceled. Please call the concierge to take care of the payment.
A: The reason might be because you have opted-out, or you need to add us to your address book.

A: Yes you can change your email in our system. Please Click HERE, and you go to the email update web page.
A: In order to download the certificate in Safari follow these steps.
1- Go to Safari’s menu and click Preferences. See the image below.
2- Go to ‘File download location’ and set the download location as ‘Ask for each download.’
3- Go to the ‘My Courses’ page inside of "Magnetic Marketing Inner Circle" and click ‘Expland All'.
4 - Scroll down the certificate you want to print and click on the certificate icon.
5 - When the download location and Save As box pop up, delete the HTML at the end of the certificate name and choose the location where you would like the certificate to save.
Done! Your certificate can now be found wherever you chose to download it.
A: Your username is the email address. If you have multiple email addresses, determine which email address has been receiving your course emails and use that email address to log in.
If you still can’t figure out your username, click on “Contact Us’ and send customer service an email.
A: No problem. Just go to "Magnetic Marketing Inner Circle" and click ‘Log In’. Once you are on the Login page and click on ‘Lost Password’.
Once you click on ‘Lost Password’ it will lead you to a page that asks for your Username. Enter your Username (the email you use to log into the site) and click the ‘Get New Password’ button.
Next, go to your email. There you will find an email inviting you to reset your password. Click the link in that email and change your password.
A: You can see your progress in two places:
- You can log into the course and look at the sidebar titled ‘Progress Bar’.
- You can also go to ‘My Courses’ under the ‘Members’ menu header. Scroll to the middle of the page and click on ‘Expand All’. This will show you the progress for all of your courses.
A: Badges are the digital achievements awarded when you complete a lesson or course. Lesson badges are found in ‘My Achievements’ under the ‘Members’ header.
Course badges are awarded when you complete a course. The course badges are digital badges that can be shared on your social platforms, linked in your LinkedIn Certifications, added to your email signature and/or displayed on your website.
These badges are issued through Credly. Instructions for how to display and share these badges will be sent to your email when you complete your course.
A:Credly is a digital credential service provider that allows the world to recognize achievement through verifying, sharing, and managing digital credentials and badges.
A: To download your digital badge, log into Credly and follow the steps below. If you haven't created your free account at https://info.credly.com/, first follow the instructions under: “What is Credly and how do I setup my free Credly.com account?”
- Go to https://info.credly.com/ and log in.
- Click on the "Earned" tab.
- Go to the badge you want to share.
- Hover your mouse over the image until the "Manage" button appears
- Above ‘Manage’ you will see an icon that looks like a less than sign ‘＜’, click on this ‘Share’ icon.
- A pop-up window will appear with sharing options, one-by-one follow the instructions on how to share and display your badge in various mediums.
A: To download your certificate, log into "Magnetic Marketing Inner Circle" and follow the steps below:
- Select ‘My Courses’ from the ‘Members’ drop-down menu.
- Scroll to the middle of the page and click on ‘Expand All’. This will show you the progress for all of your courses.
- Scroll down the certificate you want to print.
- Click on the certificate icon.
